Three indicative tiers. Real quotes are bespoke — every camera estate has its own resolution mix, retention requirement and integration surface. The numbers below are honest mid-points, not headline anchors meant to be talked down.

    Minimum six cameras. Includes setup, integration and the v8 control pack.

  • § SETUP

    Per-camera config + first-week review

    We don't charge a setup fee. The first week is spent tuning the cosine threshold per camera and walking through the operator dashboard with the duty team.

  • § DSPT v8 PACK

    Control mapping spreadsheet

    Pre-built mapping of our processing against the v8 controls, shared with the customer's auditor before the assessment window.

  • § DPO PACK

    DPIA template + ICO legal opinion

    A draft Data Protection Impact Assessment specific to ReID-via-embeddings, plus the written legal opinion on the embedding-vs-biometric distinction (under NDA).

We're not the right vendor if you want any of the below. We'd rather tell you now than waste a pilot quarter.

    Live facial-recognition matching

    We don't extract or store facial templates. If your use-case is "watch-list match the moment they walk in the door," we are explicitly not the right vendor.

    Stadium-scale or border control

    Our wedge is 24 to 500 cameras across a building or campus. Heathrow is not in our cohort. Wembley is not in our cohort. Yet.

  • § NOT

    US data residency

    The full stack is UK region. No US transit. If you need US co-location, we're not the right vendor for now.
