Synthetic demo.
§ SEE THE IDEA, NOT THE PRODUCT
Twelve cameras. One match. No identity.
Buyers ask, reasonably, to see the idea before reading the DPIA. This page renders a browser-only synthetic animation of how cross-camera ReID surfaces a match. It runs entirely on the client. There is no backend, no telemetry, no real ML. The visual shape is right; the underlying mechanics are deliberately not.
§ SYNTHETIC VISUALIZATION
The projection plane. Watch it.
The twelve tiles above each emit dummy embedding vectors into the projection plane. When two dots align inside a tunable radius, the plane draws an editorial-italic MATCH label between them with a hairline tether. Reduced-motion users get a static frozen frame.
Synthetic. Real product traces the same shape but against actual embeddings.
§ READ ALONGSIDE
Four notes at Bourdain pace.
The captions below reveal one at a time as the demo plays, eight seconds between each. If you turn motion off, they appear in full.

WHAT YOU'RE LOOKING AT
Twelve dummy camera tiles. Each tile emits dots into the shared projection plane below. Every dot is one synthetic person's body-shape + clothing-colour vector at a moment in time — collapsed from the real 512 dimensions down to two so you can see it.

WHEN TWO DOTS ALIGN
If the same vector reappears on a second camera within the tunable window, the projection plane draws a hairline tether between the two dots and surfaces the match. The hairline is the only signal that leaves the system. The dots themselves never become a name.

WHAT'S NOT HAPPENING HERE
There is no face image at any point in the demo. There is no name, no identity, no protected-class signal. The shape of the real system is the same: the embedding is the only thing stored, on a 14-day expiry, in the UK region.

WHAT TO DO NEXT
The synthetic animation conveys the idea. A 20-minute call shows you the production trace against an anonymised customer estate — same shape, real embeddings, real cross-camera latency. The DPO copy and the DPIA mapping come on the same call.
